Terms of Use.
By joining as an Inner Vision Member or otherwise using the http://www.innervision.org.uk web site you agree to and accept the following Terms of Use:-
The Inner Vision web site is provided on an as is basis. Inner Vision make no guarentee as to its functionality or reliability. Inner Vision accept no responsibility for any loss or damages arising from use of services or tools, or their functionality, offered to members and through the Inner Vision web site. If you experience problems with a service or tool offered on the Inner Vision web site, please contact the Inner Vision webmaster via this form. If this does not resolve the problem satisfactorily then contact the service host directly.
All members who have subscribed to the Inner Vision Membership Scheme and use any of the products/services of Inner Vision hereby agree that they have done so voluntarily, without undue coercion or provocation, and do so entirely by their own volition.
You are free to copy, distribute, share or reproduce any of the material on the Inner Vision web site providing you acknowledge the respective authors name and that Inner Vision is the copyright owner. You may not alter, edit, change, modify, misprint or misrepresent any of the material found on the Inner Vision web site without first having obtained express permission from the Inner Vision Webmaster. Nor may you mislead or misrepresent Inner Vision or any of its associates, representatives and/or members.
You may not rent, sell, lease, exchange, barter or trade any of the material found on the Inner Vision web site with the exception of certain individual products which contain their own respective re-sale rights.
Inner Vision does not require any member to promote their products or services, nor to sponsor or recruit any additional subscribers. All activity and efforts to do so by any particular member shall be deemed to have been performed by them, voluntarily and entirely by their own discretion.
Services and tools available to members are not intended for business use. If you use them for business purposes you do so as your own risk.
By using the Inner Vision web site and any of it's tools or services you agree not to:-
Send SPAM or Bulk UCE (unsolicited commercial email),
Abuse, harass, menace, stalk or generally make a nuisance of yourself,
Send or receive material that might be considered defamatory, libellous, obscene, violent, menacing, hateful or illegal.
Provide information that is false, incorrect, untrue or otherwise misleading,
Misuse the service. By misuse I mean contravening any of the terms laid out in this agreement.
Free Membership is for life or until you cancel.
Members may only have one membership per person.
Membership is renewable only after one year from the date of joining.
Members may upgrade their membership at any time. The maximum number of times you may upgrade your membership in any one year is three.
Members may cancel their membership at any time by sending an email to the webmaster@innervision.org.uk informing Inner Vision of their intentions.
The levels of membership are those that are described on the Inner Vision
Membership Levels page.
The Inner Vision Profit Sharing Scheme is as described on the Inner Vision
Profit Sharing Scheme page.
The Inner Vision Profit Sharing Scheme is not open to the general public. Acceptance in to the Profit Sharing Scheme is for personal referrals and by invitation only. When you join as an Inner Vision paid member you automatically apply to join the Profit Sharing Scheme unless you express a desire not to do so. Each membership application is personally reviewed and accepted or declined accordingly.
Any member who decides to cancel their membership will also forfeit the benefit of any Profit Sharing Packages (PSP's) they have already received from the Inner Vision Profit Sharing Scheme. Only Inner Vision members who choose to participate in the Profit Sharing Scheme may receive Profit Sharing Packages for as long as they choose to and for as long as the Profit Sharing Scheme continues to operate successfully, subject to these terms.
Please Note: Investments made through the Inner Vision Profit Sharing Scheme are NON-REFUNDABLE. In the unlikely event that the programs we invest with discontinue trading, Inner Vision will attempt to return all or part of your investment however this is not guaranteed. Inner Vision may, at its discretion, re-invest your funds in another suitable program with similar returns. As the Profit Sharing Scheme continues to grow successfully, funds will be pooled and a 100% guaranteed refund will be given to all members. All paid Inner Vision Members (Gift, Honorary, Child of God) will continue to receive full Inner Vision Membership benefits regardless whether or not they decide to join the Profit Sharing Scheme.
Members understand that neither Inner Vision nor any of its representatives or associates are authorised investors or financial advisors. Inner Vision does not offer financial services of any description nor do we purport to do so.
Members also understand that investments are not made with Inner Vision directly and therefore any claims as to the amount of profit actually achieved is speculative and not definitive. Members understand that any monies paid to Inner Vision for membership fees or any other purpose are for that purpose only and are not necessarily for the purpose of investment. Inner Vision only invest part of its membership joining fee as a gift to its members as a way of sharing its profit and Creating abundance. This is the sole purpose of the Profit Sharing Scheme and it is under no obligation to do so.
Members who have cancelled their paid membership may not re-apply for paid membership nor upgrade their membership to paid status until one year after the date they originally applied. Except in the case of exceptional circumstances, whereby the member may re-apply for membership by writing to the Inner Vision Webmaster and explaining those circumstances.
Any member found applying for multiple memberships or providing information that is false, incorrect, untrue or otherwise misleading, will have their membership cancelled immediately and without further notice. They may also lose their entitlement to the Inner Vision Profit Sharing Scheme and any Profit Sharing Package benefits they may have. See also Privacy Policy below.
By using the Inner Vision web site and any of it's services you agree to abide within the laws of the United Kingdom and within the laws of your own country.
Inner Vision reserves the right to cancel any service or tool at any time and for whatever reason it sees fit.
Inner Vision reserves the right to change, delete or modify any or all of these terms without notice. Members will be informed of any changes to this agreement by email.
If a member is found to be willingly, knowingly or purposefully breaching any of these terms or abusing or misusing the tools and services available to members, they will be warned and may have their membership cancelled immediately and without further notice.
Inner Vision reserves the right to refuse or terminate a members membership at any time and for any reason whatsoever. This includes access to all the tools and services available to members and access to the members only area. An explanation may be given although this is not mandatory.
By applying for and joining as an Inner Vision member, or otherwise using the Inner Vision web site or any of the tools and services available, you agree to the above terms of use.
If anyone is not happy with these terms or any aspect of the Inner Vision web site please contact me. Apart from that your only remedy is to discontinue using the web site, par se.
Privacy Policy. Upon your consent Inner Vision may make your name and email address available to other members for the purpose of sharing ideas and communicating with like minded souls. Inner Vision may also publish your name and email address in the Inner Vision members area only. If you prefer not to disclose your name and email address to other members please say so on the application form in the space provided or via this form.
A search may be conducted using your name, address, email address and contact details
for identification purposes only.
Inner Vision may telephone you to confirm your contact details.
If your personal details cannot be verified you will still be eligible for Inner Vision Free Membership and all the benefits this entails. If however you want to upgrade to Inner Vision Paid Membership Status you will need to provide your credit card details or some other confirmed method of payment. Your membership and any Profit Sharing entitlement will not become active until your funds have cleared my account.
Inner Vision may make your contact details available to local or international authorities pending a legal investigation.
Apart from this Inner Vision will never disclose your personal details to any third party for any reason.
The above Terms of Use have been designed to ensure the
smooth running and fair operation of the Inner Vision
Membership and Profit Sharing Scheme.
They do not affect your statutory rights.
